All orders are shipped through USPS. After your order is placed, processing time takes up to 24 hrs on orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm. Once processed, package is shipped & Delivery is 1-5 Business Days. Orders placed after 2pm Friday -Sunday will ship the following Monday.During Holidays & Huge Sale Events there may be a 4-6 day delay. Please Read Product Descriptions. Items that are Preorder will have ship out date listed.Fashion Junkie does not hold responsibility for lost/stolen, or delay packages made by USPS.IF you do not receive your package within 2-5 Business Days of receiving tracking info please contact us ASAP so that we can contact USPS to locate package.In the event tracking states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact The United States Postal Service to address this matter. We do not issue refunds on packages with tracking showing delivered. When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any lost packages on orders with incorrect provided information.Any address change request not matching order can cause delay or decline to protect us and others from credit card fraud

When Shopping Please Read Description Box. Items not yet in stock have a longer Delivery time.Typically 5 - 10 Business Days. Preorder items will have a shipout date listed. Your Package will arrive 1-5 Business Days from the Shipout date listed. If you ordered more than 1 item and one of the items is a preorder item, all items will be shipped at once. If you would like the item that is in stock to be shipped you can request a shipping invoice. Once paid we will ship items separatly.
Returns & Exchanges
Package arrived and item was not to your liking ? No worries Return Item and We will issue a store credit for Regular Price merchandise unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Please allow us 24-48 hrs to Process returns. We do not offer even exchanges at the time . Fashion Junkie has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Fashion Junkie determines does not meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns on Sale items , SwimWear , Accessories, or handbags. All merchandise must be Return to Fashion Junkie within 5 days of receiving ( delivered date on tracking ) if received after date Return will not be honored and item will be shipped back which will cause lost of shipping. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please save the box and all of the packing material and email us picture at email@example.com immediately. We will send return label to have item returned to us . Once Return label is received Please send all returns along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to address listed on package.
When using Store Credit
When using Store Credit as payment If your new order total isn't as much as credit or if you are trying to use more then 1 discount code you may experience problems . Our System only takes 1 discount code and store credit is used as 1. If you have any problems placing order please email us before placing order so we can better assist you. After Orders are Placed we can NOT go back for adjustments so please contact us in advance .
